Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

• Extracting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting raw data from SAP according to the daily work plan,
• Developing data-driven solutions by collaborating with business units,
• Working closely with production, quality, and finance units to organize monthly reports,
• Developing data management strategies,
• Preparing test reports requested by customers,
• Transferring control plans related to products into SAP,
• Statistically analyzing data in quality records and sharing it with relevant teams.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• At least an associate degree in Computer Programming, Mathematics/Statistics, or related departments,
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis,
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and database management,
• Experienced in data analysis studies and data modeling,
• Experienced in working with data in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) and ERP-SAP systems,
• Knowledgeable in reporting production and finance operations,
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a teamwork oriented mindset,
• Preferably good level of English language proficiency.
