Requirements

Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst at the company, you will play a critical role in driving data adoption across the organization. You’ll work closely with functional leaders and collaborate with data science and platform teams to build and maintain ETLs, reports, and interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a data-driven culture and is eager to contribute to the company's growth and success by ensuring data is used strategically across the business.

Your Impact:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Data Analysis
• Support functional leaders by providing actionable data analysis and insights.
• Collaborate across teams to define data needs and refine data requirements
  
2. Data Visualization & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive data apps using Python tools like Pandas, Jupyter, and Streamlit.
• Ensure all data visualizations are clear, accurate, and easily actionable.
  
3. ETL Development
• Develop and optimize ETLs to enrich and manage data sources within a data lake.
  
4. Collaboration & Data Integrity
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
• Champion data adoption within the company and help foster a data-driven culture.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Strong understanding of SaaS business data analysis and typical views
• Proficiency in Python, especially data manipulation with Pandas and Jupyter
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins and CTEs
• Experience with GitHub as a collaborative tool
• Strong communication skills, particularly in data presentation

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with interactive data visualization libraries like Plotly and Streamlit
• Previous experience working with data lakes and large-scale data systems
