Main Purpose of Role
The key task of this to is to analyse and rapidly correct small to medium data change requests. These requests will come from our consumers and clients.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
• Fix consumer disputes
• Monitor & maintain the overall integrity of our bureau data.
• Sense check quality and accuracy of our data.
• Be able to provide small data extracts and reports to other areas of the business.

What You'll Bring:

Key Skills Required Essential: • Good communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiar with SQL Server Management Studio environment. • Comfortable working with large datasets. • Ability to plan and organise workload with guidance. • Ability to work effectively within a team environment. • Ability to use own initiative. • Ability to Problem Solve efficiently and effectively. • Ability to follow procedures but the skills and motivation to improve them. • Ability to multitask well.
