Position Summary

 

Do you have a passion for data, insights, and coffee? Do you want to work together with energized teams towards the most performing plans for the Belux market? By joining our CX&I team, you will be working on customers insights, analytics but also designing campaigns in the latest Marketing technology tools.

 

 A day in the life of a CRM Data Analyst:

 

  • In charge of B2C Marketing campaigns' post-analysis (return rate, segments’ behavior, incrementality, uplift generated, communication's impact)
  • Perform statistical analysis through different tools (Nespresso is working with Adobe, Knime, Snowflake, PowerBI) and present recommendations to the business.
  • Assessment reports for all major promotional and communication activities
  • Ad hoc analysis for internal departments (such as boutique and e-sales)
  • Continuously supporting on segment creations in Adobe campaign                                             
  • improving the customer journey via Adobe (AJO) creating real time personalized flows
  • Will be the HQ contact / SPOC for the new Marketing technology (Adobe project)

 

Meet the team:

The Nespresso Marketing team consists of 17 persons operating in 4 distinct teams: Brand, Product, B2B and Customer experience & insights. You would be part of the later one which is a dynamic analytical team of 5 persons. The CX&I team collaborates with all the departments (Channels, Demand & supply, B2C) to nurture the company with insights thanks to Nespresso’s direct to consumer model. Our team is also the guardian of net acquisition and subscription on top of insights.

 

What will make you successful:

 

  • Degree in mathematics/statistics, or economic studies with large quantitative component.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in data / analytics related activities in a business-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge about Adobe campaign and Adobe experience platform.
  • Understand the SQL language (or having experience in coding).  
  • Master OS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French AND English is mandatory.
