Your team
You’ll be working in the Analytics & Sales Platform Stream team in Wrocław (remote work possible) which is one of the Foundation Streams in our joint Agile Delivery Organization (ADO) for P&C and GWM ex Americas. Stream's mission is to create impact out of Data and AI - starting from managing the data and reports for the Bank, providing tools for data scientists and data analysts (Data Warehouse), up to disturbing analytical recommendations (Next Best Action) to clients and employees (via Sales CRM). Within ASP, the Data Management Office team manage a wide range of projects and provide analytical capabilities and subject matter expertise to identify impact and solutions for Wealth Management/Personal and Corporate Banking.
Your expertise
• Higher education (degree from a University, preferably in Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Science), ideally in combination with IT experience (education)
• Minimum 2-4 years of work experience at a financial institution or in a consultancy with equivalent financial services experience
• Experience in Data Management & Data Governance
• Experience in project management, ideally in combination with Business Analysis, at the interface between business and IT
• Thorough understanding of change management processes related to IT solutions
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, Alteryx, Power BI)
• Strong communication (verbally and written – incl. profound slide writing skills), organizational and conceptual skills
• Able to cope with a dynamic and changing environment within a Matrix Organization
• Consensus driven yet assertive to lead projects to successful delivery
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially profound MS PowerPoint and MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent English skills (verbally and written)(German would be an asset)
