UX/UI Designer - Maternity Leave Replacement

Description

What you’ll do:

End-to-End UX and UI responsibility - conduct the full design cycle, from ideation to production, of new products, modules, and features

Facilitate product vision by researching, wireframing, prototyping, designing user journeys, creating visual UI and handing it off to developers

Coordinate with developers on the design implementation, and adapt designs to changing requirements, ensuring projects stay on track within time and resource constraints.

Maintain the design system to ensure design alignment and to set new design guidelines across all products

Requirements

You’ll do it using:

3-4 years as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with experience in enterprise software or complex systems Working closely with products and developers – a must

Experience in building user flows, wireframes, designs and writing design specs

Strong and proven visual design capabilities

Experience using design software and tools for R&D collaboration (Figma – must)

Proficiency in English

Background in Fintech / financial industry – an advantage.

Experience in market & user research, conducting user interviews and performing usability testing – an advantage

Background working with analytical / BI / MLOps tools – an advantage
