Are you ready to shape the foundation of a global leader's transformation? At Nilfisk, we are looking for a passionate Master Data Specialist to be a key player in our mission to improve lives by revolutionizing the future of cleaning where data becomes a key asset.

You will join a small team of master data specialist and experts, located in our IT Innovation & Business Services HUB at Infopark, Budapest. You will report to Head of Master Data and be part of the bigger team of Data and Business Analytics.

Your Role:
As a Master Data Specialist, you will:

• Drive Solutions: Partner with functional and master data professionals to design and implement SAP ERP solutions ensuring high data quality and efficiency

• Provide master data expertise to projects and initiatives process and master data analysis work

• Enhance Operations: Collaborate with business functions and IT to manage ad hoc operational tasks to optimize data processes

• Boost Data Quality: Always look for ways of ensuring the best possible data quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for MDM tools in the SAP ERP environment

• Support continuous improvement in product master data processes and technical setups

• Provide expertise for projects, daily operations, and data analysis

What You’ll Bring:

• Educational Background: A degree in business, IT, or data analysis

• Experience:

  • Experienced in SAP ERP and database management

  • Hands-on experience with or natural interest and willingness to learn MDM tools

  • Expertise in data cleansing and quality monitoring

• Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business language

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage large datasets

• Personal Competencies:
