What You Will Do:
- Analyzing and translating business requirements into conceptual/logical data models, working in close cooperation with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Collaborating with the data owners, data stewards, data management team, and the business subject matter experts in defining and maintaining data domains
- Coordinating business data modeling work of other internal or external data modelers
- Supporting projects & IT development teams in logical and physical data modeling, in collaboration with the domain/solution architects and development teams
- Validating the application data models according to the business requirements, established design standards, and best practices
- Supporting various Metadata and Master Data management initiatives
What We Expect:
- Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years
- Conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling experience
- Practical experience with data modeling tools (Sparx EA, Erwin, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Overall knowledge of banking and financial services business would be an advantage
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
