About the Team

Growth Marketing (GM) organization is responsible for enabling all things related to sustainable and efficient marketing traffic, conversion, retention, and growth at Coupang. We are one of the largest performance advertisers in the World and have invested in a full funnel marketing tech stack powered through 11+ platforms across areas. Growth Product is the product management arm of Growth Marketing and is supported by dedicated Growth Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science and Analytics team with in the larger GM org.

 

Role Overview

Coupang leverages in house-built CRM product to drive retention, stickiness and relevant offers to customers when ever they visit Coupang. The role will be part of the CRM product org and help build next generation personalization and Marketing Tools which are used for creating pages and banners and educating customers about various promotions like coupons, cash back and benefits of Wow membership etc. The right candidate will possess a strong product  or program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large products and projects, and will have a well-rounded background partnering with business, engineering, and ML teams. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are hands-on and not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing and Information Services or related quantitative fields
  • 6+ years of product management or program management experience in product management.
  • Passion for creating exceptional personalized user experiences and delivering value to customers.
  • Deep understanding of customer related products and allied areas. Proven track record of driving user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and revenue growth through product-led initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and drive growth.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user testing, and other experimentation methods.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Exposure to data science, machine learning models, optimization and monetization is a plus
