APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Conduct performance analysis, training needs analysis and participant analysis of various learners and stakeholders for supported lines of business across multiple locations. Collecting Data, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating to develop knowledge and insights among stakeholders that help form strategy, goals, and activities that deliver desired results. Collaborating with the Maps Operations, Production, Quality, Analytics teams, and internal database management stakeholders to define and gather requirements to meet critical success factors (CSF) and key performance indicators (KPI). Collaborating with the LMS Administrator on configuration strategy, ensuring data is structured effectively to flow into Tableau and other internal applications. Producing Maps Operations L&D reports and dashboards, testing and critiquing the reports to ensure the recency and validity of the data. Develop evaluation forms following the Kirkpatrick model and support the knowledge management framework and tools across Maps Operations by monitoring quantitative and qualitative reports, dashboards, and survey feedback to assess learning performance and knowledge and skill gaps. Identifying trends and areas for improvement, share data-driven insights, and propose and drive innovative solutions to optimize learning effectiveness and business performance. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $167,946 - $209,900/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Minimum Qualifications


  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
  • Utilizing SQL to optimize queries and improve run time.
  • Utilizing Python to perform sentiment analysis.
  • Integrate Python with Tableau to generate reports.
  • Using Tableau server data sources to save the storage space and increase the run time efficiency.
  • Using Tableau to perform data manipulation and imputation to analyze trends and patterns.
  • Migrating data from hive, excel, and quip to Snowflake by creating data pipelines.
  • Using Snowflake to write queries in the Operations KPI format to export data. Automate queries and dashboards using live connection or by hosting it to the server to reduce manual efforts.
  • Using Hive to automate tables for the skills database, Operations KPIs, and training outcomes dashboard to maintain the recency and validity of the data.
  • Implement Kirkpatrick model and other evaluation methods to understand the impact of programs and develop strategies to improve business performance and improve efficiency.
