Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Internship (Luxembourg)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RPA Intern to join our team. As an RPA Intern, you will work closely with our Head of Service Management team to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in cutting-edge automation technologies and tools.

YOUR MISSION

• Developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots using UiPath
• Collaborate with the team to understand process requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Analyze and document existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation.
• Assist in process mapping and creating detailed solution designs.
• Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot any issues encountered during development or production.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and user manuals for RPA solutions.
• Maintain a knowledge base for automated processes and solutions.
• Monitor deployed bots and assist in resolving any post-deployment issues.
• Provide support to ensure ongoing optimization of RPA solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA tools and trends to suggest potential improvements.
• If possible, explore opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) with RPA for advanced solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic programming knowledge in languages like Python, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with RPA tool UiPath
• Understanding of database systems and SQL.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand complex processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Additional: Prior experience with automation projects or internships is an advantage but not mandatory.
