Process Automation Developer

We at GF Building Flow Solutions’s Financial Services are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Process Automation Developer. . We are taking next steps on our digitalization and automation journey as RPA continues to expand throughout our organization. We’ve started our path from financial processes and now there's a demand from business and support functions in addition. Hence, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Process Automation Developer to join our diverse development team.

As an Experienced RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, together with business to streamline processes, and possibly integrate AI capabilities to enhance automation outcomes.

What will you be doing?

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Support in analysing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation solutions, including process design documents and test plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation solutions.
• Integrate AI to enhance automation capabilities.
• Maintain the robot servers to ensure they are in optimal condition.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest automation, AI trends and technologies.

What will you need?

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in RPA/automation development, with a strong focus on UiPath.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Knowledge of RDP connections and interfaces.
• Desire to develop operations.
• Proactive mindset and positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eligibility to work in Finland.

We also value the following:

• Familiarity with SQL and programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
• Other automation solutions e.g. Power Platform knowledge.
• Experience in international working environment.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in automation.
• UiPath certification.
