What will be your key deliverables?  

 

  • Collating and understanding Sustainability data requirements globally from start to finish, including planning, execution and validation across data exploration, discovery, governance & quality management – this will be used for leadership scorecards, external reports and regulatory requirements, including CSRD. 

  • Ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and completeness of our sustainability data. 

  • Support in developing compelling reports that showcase our commitment to sustainability in the broadest sense (including environmental, social, and governance best practices). 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and define methodologies and process. 

  • Use data to understand trends and provide insight into the pladis’ sustainability behaviours and results 

  • Establish performance reports for relevant teams and senior leaderships 

 

What do you need for this role? 

We’re looking for a team player with a keen eye for detail. Ideally you’ll have an understanding of how data is used within a business and its impact on the wider company. You’ll often need to facilitate communication between business leaders and the regional teams, so strong communication skills are key. 

 

You will also have: 

  • A passion for sustainability 

  • Excellent understanding of excel, spreadsheets and data collation and presentation   

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail   

  • Ownership and accountability of work programmes, and able to work both independently as well as part of both a virtual and matrix team   

  • Be approachable, friendly and keen to work collaboratively as well as be comfortable in independent working 

  • At least 3+ years of management experience in a data management-related role. 

  • Ideally experience in Supply Chain data 

  • Be a self-starter with keen time management skills 

  • This is a global role and will involve international travel.
