About Mynt

Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management solution on a mission to fundamentally change business banking. Our software, coupled with corporate cards and a payments infrastructure, eliminates manual administrative tasks for businesses and allows them to focus on what really matters.

In 2021, Mynt obtained a financial license as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. We have recently secured substantial funding to fuel our expansion both in Sweden and internationally.

About the Role

You’ll be joining a small team of engineers who continuously analyze, build, and test new solutions to improve our product and help the company grow. You’ll also be working closely with our leadership team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. We have a learn-it-all mindset, thrive in ambiguity, and value high agency.

Typical day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Owning domains end-to-end, from initial problem analysis through to implementation and iteration
  
• Define, design, and ship new features
• Training and deploying machine learning models to power new product capabilities
• Conducting deep-dive analyses to drive our product and business forward

You may be a good fit if you have:

• A master's degree in some engineering field
• Experience in SQL and Python (or similar languages)
• Enjoy programming as much as tinkering about business problems and strategy
• A strong bias for action and are ready to roll up your sleeve
  
• Excitement to be a part of shaping our product and contributing to our company’s future success
