Data Architect

Role Overview

As a Data Architect consultant with Keystone Solutions, you will collaborate with client stakeholders to design and maintain data architectures that align with both strategic objectives and operational needs. Youll contribute to impactful projects that enhance public service delivery, data-driven decision-making, and citizen engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable, robust data architectures tailored to client needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with client teams to identify data requirements and develop comprehensive data models.
• Integration and Quality: Ensure seamless integration of data systems while maintaining high-quality, consistent data flows.
• Standards and Governance: Implement governance, security, and data quality standards to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Innovation and Optimization: Evaluate and enhance existing data architectures to align with evolving technologies and organizational growth.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of architectures, data flows, and technical specifications for transparency and reproducibility.
• Technology Guidance: Advise on the adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies to optimize data initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Architect role.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in:
  • Data modeling and database design (SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL).
  • Data integration tools and ETL processes.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, security standards, and GDPR compliance.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages like Python.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch, with strong knowledge of English.

Preferred:

• Certifications in frameworks like TOGAF or DAMA.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Familiarity with machine learning and advanced analytics.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps principles.
• Advanced data security practices.
