We're seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our Customer Development Analytics team. In this exciting position, you'll create and automate data transformation pipelines from diverse business sources to enhance customer insights and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with a variety of departments, including Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital. Your role will not only involve building these pipelines but also ensuring the development, maintenance, and stability of our data engineering and analytics infrastructure. What you'll do

  • Develop production-ready code using SQL and Python to fulfill data transformation requirements for analysts, data scientists, and business partners.
  • Enhance our data infrastructure by supporting analytics platforms and workflows, while identifying opportunities for strengthening and scaling.
  • Design and implement clear ELT pipelines to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely data to end users.
  • Convert business needs and logic into well-documented data models to enhance clarity and efficiency for users.
  • Collaborate across departments to recognize and address data requirements, utilizing data to drive effective business solutions.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst, data scientist, or data engineer
  • Proven expertise in using SQL and/or Python for data wrangling, cleaning, and integration from multiple sources
  • Solid grasp of contemporary data warehouse design principles and data engineering best practices
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and/or BI tools (e.g., Domo, Sigma) for data analysis

 
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing analytics, encompassing marketing mix modeling, churn risk prediction, and customer lifetime value
  • Proficient in using tools such as Git/GitHub, dbt Core/Cloud, and Airflow
  • Experience with SAP systems, including S/4HANA and Sales Cloud
  • A strategic, ambitious individual with a talent for leading change, building cross-functional relationships, and a commitment to achieving business results effectively through innovative tool and process implementation.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $72.400,00 - $106.575,00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
