Description

Devops Engineer

Fetcherr experts in deep learning, algo-trading, e-commerce, and digitization, Fetcherr disrupts traditional systems with its cutting-edge AI technology. At its core is the Large Market Model (LMM), an adaptable AI engine that forecasts demand and market trends with precision, empowering real-time decision-making. Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us grow our DevOps team and build functional systems that improve the customer experience, be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and be familiar with Ruby or Python, and will work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended.

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 4-5 years or more in DevOps / Software Configuration Management
  • 2 years experience with Google Cloud - Must
  • 1 year or more experience with managing Kubernetes & Terraform
  • 1 year or more experience with monitoring & logging stack i.e. Prometheus, EFK
  • Strong command of CI/CD tools
  • Proven experience designing and handling production environments
  • Extensive experience working in a Linux environment.
  • Expertise with deploying and managing an application on GCP
  • Comfortable with building internal tools (i.e. Python, Golang)
  • Excellent English and communication skills
  • East Coast location

Nice to have:

  • Big Data & ML Ops experience
  • Solid understanding of Scrum & Agile development principles & methodologies
  • Experience with Python, JS, TypeScript, NodeJS, Big Data core solutions
  • DBA experience & SQL.
  • Experience with data pipelines: Airflow/Kubeflow/MLFlow
