About the team

Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they’re always finding ways for us to grow together.

What you’ll own

  • Leverage SQL to own and manage customer data for a key operational process and team
  • Devise insightful reporting enabling business critical decisions
  • Create reliable risk metrics for the operational teams with easy to access data
  • Work across a broad range of stakeholders to identify analytical needs
  • Delivering executive level insights and transforming the data into actionable insights
  • Identify areas to improve the analytics available
  • Work in an agile manner to produce insights – both proactively and reactively
  • Understand how the data flows between our core systems and identify ways to improve data controls
  • Ensuring robust data management and outputs of a high quality
  • Designing and implementing data centric reports and visualizations in a BI tool (Tableau/PowerBI).
