Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced GenAI Solution Developer to join our team. As a GenAI Solution Developer, you will be responsible for configuring and building GenAI use cases on top of the OpenAI platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analysis, with specific expertise in GenAI and OpenAI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements and objectives for GenAI solutions.
• Configure and build GenAI use cases on top of the OpenAI platform, leveraging machine learning models and algorithms.
• Develop and implement data pipelines and workflows to preprocess and analyze data for GenAI applications.
• Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to extract insights and patterns from large datasets.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Conduct testing and validation of GenAI solutions to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate GenAI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in GenAI and OpenAI technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI capabilities.
• Document and communicate technical concepts, methodologies, and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in configuring and building GenAI use cases on top of the OpenAI platform.
• Strong proficiency in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies, frameworks, and libraries.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection techniques.
• Proficiency in using machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with big data processing frameworks like Hadoop or Spark.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Publications or contributions to the AI community or relevant conferences.
