The Opportunity
Primarily focussed on the production of regular contract profitability reporting, working closely with various departments to provide insights and support data-driven strategies.
Responsible for collecting data from each Market, processing, and analysing data to help drive decision-making across the organisation.
Providing insights to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Create and maintain a global reporting operation that manages ongoing refresh of Standard Costing rate cards in line with Group policies
Perform regular staff cost analysis to ensure trends are socialised with stakeholders
Support with quarterly FTE forecasting and reconciliation
Track and publish client analysis by region, capability and vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and organise data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Data Analysis: Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Data Visualisation: Develop dashboards and presentations that effectively communicate data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to validate findings and support business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency through data analysis.
- Ad-Hoc analysis: create ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Skills and qualifications:
- Educated to degree standard.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software. It is desirable to have experience of Workday and Salesforce alongside other financial modelling tools and Excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Experience in the technology sector or professional services world
- Experience of working in a medium to large business
- Experience of analyzing and accounting for large data sets from multiple data sources
