What You Will Do

• Analyze Sales Data: Dive deep into sales and revenue reports to uncover trends and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Turn Insights into Action: Transform raw data into clear, practical recommendations that guide our sales strategy.
• Optimize Systems: Improve data collection and reporting tools, ensuring our team always has the right information at their fingertips.
• Train & Support: Help sales team members understand and use data confidently, fostering a data-first culture.
• Measure Impact: Track how well your solutions work and adjust as needed to keep us on target.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of data-focused experience in a sales or revenue environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of Excel, SQL, and CRM systems. Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Soft Skills: A knack for translating complex numbers into clear, meaningful insights. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Other Requirements: Onsite work in Golden, Colorado, self-motivation, and the ability to balance multiple projects.

• Background in nutraceuticals, wellness, or related fields.
• Experience with statistical analysis or marketing analytics.
