ROLE OVERVIEW The Solutions Architect will be a key player in understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable, scalable solutions. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and recruitment teams to design, price, and execute custom AI and data services projects.This role will require expertise in solutioning and pricing projects for large-scale machine learning (ML) and generative AI applications, including large language models (LLMs). You will need a deep understanding of AI workflows, data annotation/collection strategies, and cost optimization techniques.We’re seeking someone with experience who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of leveraging their expertise to craft innovative solutions and effectively articulate their value to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Solution Design: Lead the creation of end-to-end data and AI/ML solutions tailored to meet client requirements.o Analyze customer use cases to identify the best approach for data collection, annotation, and quality assurance.o Ensure scalability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with customer goals.· Pricing and Cost Analysis:o Develop and validate competitive pricing models based on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.· LLM and Generative AI Expertise:o Provide insights and solutions for projects involving large language models, including fine-tuning and prompt optimization.o Understand and articulate the data requirements specific to training LLMs or other generative AI models.· Stakeholder Collaboration:o Work closely with sales teams during pre-sales to present solutions and address client inquiries.o Liaise with delivery teams to ensure seamless project handoff and execution.· Proposal Development: Create and present detailed proposals, including technical workflows, pricing structures, and project timelines, to customers.· Market Research and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to keep our solutions at the forefront of the market.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS· Educational Background:o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.o Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or PhD) is a plus.· Professional Experience:o 3+ years in solutioning, technical architecture, or project management roles, preferably in the AI/ML or data services industry.o Proven success in designing and implementing data-centric solutions for enterprise clients.· Skills and Expertise:o Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, data annotation/collection processes, and quality assurance frameworks.o Demonstrated experience creating competitive pricing models and cost analyses.o Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.o Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM software.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS· Technical Expertise:o Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, generative AI workflows, or data curation for advanced AI models.o Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms.· Industry Knowledge:o Expertise in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security best practices.o Prior experience in the linguistics or natural language processing (NLP) domain.· Global Experience:o Experience working in a multicultural environment or managing global projects.o Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for data handling in various regions.
