Responsibilities
- Identify and establish key procurement metrics to measure procurement efficiency and effectiveness, such as purchase lead time, cost effectiveness, compliance level, and supplier performance.
- Develop and optimize data visualization tools and dashboards to make complex data sets more understandable and analyzable.
- Collect and analyze data on market procurement needs, suppliers, and procurement processes in their respective regions.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to share data insights and best practices to coordinate global procurement strategies.
- Design data mart architectures and subject tables for procurement analysis.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience; or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics,
Finance, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Constructing advanced queries using SQL;
- Using SQL coding and database management systems to extract, transform, and analyze data;
- Building, tuning and validating statistical models for regression and classification problems;
- Designing and modeling data warehouse to support data analytics, reporting, and data applications;
- Designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key data and insights; and
- Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports, and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to manage and evaluate business performance.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 5%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $130134 - $232223 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).​
