FundGuard is an international organization that recently established its US presence in Boston. Our primary customers are global custody banks, asset servicers and institutional asset managers. We are creating the future of AI-driven fund accounting FinTech!

 

As a Technical Product Analyst, you will work within our customer success group as a technical liaison and data analyst. You will gather and understand the requirements and needs of key business stakeholders, such as user experience, and feature and production requirements. This role will help align end user satisfaction and product development and ensure that they’re analytically intertwined. The technical product analyst brings together the world of end-user live production support and analytical development to ensure that our live product performs to standard and resolves the clients’ needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Integrate customer data into FundGuard’s Financial Data model 
  • Develop and implement codebase as determined by custom client needs
  • Manage and enhance live product data pipelines
  • Take part in new customer Proof of concept and onboarding process and production management
  • Collaborate with the client success team as well as with FundGuard's customers
  • Working closely with and supporting the development teams
  • Establish relationships to obtain data and subject knowledge needed to support the data pipelines
  • Periodic reports to internal stakeholders about the health of the production environment

Requirements

  • B.A. in Economics/Accounting or B.Sc. in Information Systems or applicable degree
  • MUST be willing to work on-site in a hybrid model
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization REQUIRED (NO STEM-OPT)
  • 2-3 years’ experience working as a data analyst
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in technical solutions and/or technical support
  • 1-3 years' experience working with scripting languages
  • Preferred experience working in financial markets or fintech domain
  • Preferred working knowledge in some coding language; Java, NoSQL, scripting languages
  • Production experience with managing data pipelines
