Projects Management - Analytics Solutions & Delivery - Vice President

As a Project & Analytics Solutions Manager within our team, you will assess the current operational landscape and pinpoint opportunities to utilize analytical methodologies and toolsets. This will lead to the discovery of enhancement initiatives. In this role, you will conduct sophisticated quantitative and statistical analyses of extensive datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be leveraged to boost business performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the project across the various Business Operations and manage the project end to end across various stages like business analysis, solution review , implementation plan, milestone tracking and managing stakeholders.
• Provide visionary leadership for the Data Analytics and Transformation Team, setting clear goals, strategies, and goals aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data analysts, scientists, and transformation experts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with other department heads and executives to identify opportunities for data improvements, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI, to uncover valuable insights from complex datasets.
• Manage organizational change by leading digital transformation initiatives, promoting a culture of data focused decision-making, and facilitating the adoption of new tools and technologies.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data analytics and transformation initiatives, regularly reporting progress and outcomes to the executive team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in roles within data analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions in managing complex projects across geographies and line of business.
• Demonstrated project management experience in leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Hands on experience in business analysis and process reviews and help documentation of the key operations requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving business impact through data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and Microsoft tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in data analytics.
• Ability to develop and execute a data strategy aligned with broader business objectives.
• Ability to leverage intelligent solutions for tactical fixes. - Alteryx, Python, UI PATH etc.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science).
• Strong understanding of data analytics techniques, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and Microsoft tools.
• Hands on experience in Intelligent solutions like Alteryx, Python, UI PATH etc.
