This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic thinker with a passion for digital transformation and all things data, ready to make a significant impact in a large, complex organization.

Ensure consistency of KPIs for each touchpoint and across the consumer journey. Collaborate with channel owners to align defined KPIs with business objectives. Analyze interaction data to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization. Enhance consumer personalization by mapping consumer interactions and ensuring data consistency.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

Experience in managing and educating stakeholders in all things data, especially in the governance, harmonization and consistency realm. Lead the development and delivery of training programs to ensure that stakeholders across the organization understand and adhere to data governance guidelines. Drive change management efforts to embed data governance practices within the culture of the business.
