Position Summary
The Employee Data Management Associate is a vital role at MultiCare, ensuring employees receive the highest quality of service by recognizing and prioritizing individual needs. In this position, you will utilize various media to ensure employee concerns are met, reviewed and resolved. Work situations are varied and require an exceptional service-oriented individual, who has solid organization skills and high attention to detail. Relates well to all kinds of people, and has effective conflict management skills.Responsibilities
- You will respond to Tier 2 inquiries regarding personnel action forms, new hire paperwork, internal transfers, pay and benefits questions, or other employee concerns. You will process and review all personnel actions in HRIS
- You will edit documents from the system and route them to appropriate areas within HR
- You will track problem resolution using a case management system, responding and/or resolving the needs of the employees, triages and escalates to Tier 3 as needed
Requirements
- Vocational business training or college course work or equivalent experience; AA degree preferred (HR-specific coursework may substitute for experience, year for year)
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources department, preferably with onboarding, compensation, benefits or employee data management
- Experience with computer software applications
- Health care environment experience preferred
- Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.33 - $35.01 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
