What you will do
We’re looking for a Public/Operations Data Analyst to join the Solovis Analyst Services team in Manila to drive forward back-office data operations for Asset Owners. Analyst Services evolved out of an increased number of clients who appreciate the output of the Solovis Portfolio Analytics application, but do not have the internal staffing or expertise to handle the relevant inputs. The person in this role will have the ability to interpret and normalize data, track daily activity for multiple funds, and provide ongoing client support.
Interpret, normalize, and extract exposure data from manager/client statements, fact sheets and company pages
Input public investment fund exposure into the Solovis environment from manager statements or clients
Input Monthly Market Values, Transactions, Exposure and other metrics into the Solovis Portfolio Analytics Environment from manager/client statements.
Prepare a variety of monthly performance analytics and reporting to the Client/Manager
Research Manager Investments including exposure points (GICS, GEO)
Verify/Reconcile environment data with manager reported statements
Monitor daily tasks from our business process management system
Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams including Document Management, Operations, Implementation, External Fund Managers and Clients.
Assist with loading additional data sets to support client reporting needs

Ability to learn and understand automation technology
What we expect
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
At least 2 years of relevant experience;
Great communication skills
Excel skills (vlookup, match, index, sumifs, etc.)
Basic finance knowledge or desire to learn
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, strong desire to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced evolving environment
Amenability to work mid-shift throughout the work week and at least twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
