  • Data Science Validation: Validate outputs from our Data Science team to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Vision and Strategy: Guide the vision and strategic direction of the IBG program, ensuring it aligns with Walmart's overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong financial acumen and experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of Walmart's internal finance technology ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with a large number of stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and managing a team, with a focus on development and high performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to validate and interpret data science outputs.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
