HR Function

The HR Function delivers all HR services across the firm and works closely with all Practice Groups and Business Services to deliver against our core global people strategy and key priorities of providing a culture we care about; outstanding career development; an inclusive working environment; and a rewarding deal for all. The HR Operations teams are central to supporting our people and enabling our people priorities.

Role summary/purpose of job

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive reporting and insights around our people related information.

This includes creating regular and ad-hoc reports, providing guidance to users regarding data definitions and accuracy, and performing data audits.

Key responsibilities and deliverables

  • HR reports, primarily using Workday reporting
  • Provides high level insights to stakeholders regarding data accuracy and information parameters
  • Coordinates the intake of HR data requests and escalates urgent or complex matters as needed
  • Performs HR data audits
  • Maintains shared data governance documentation to ensure end to end data quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Updating and maintaining accurate information on the firm’s HR System and other filing systems; 
  • Updates documents in response to new legislation or policy changes; 
  • Participates in HR projects
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with the other members of the HR team; 
  • Actively participating in process improvement discussions and implementing necessary changes.

Key requirements (Communication/skills/experience)

Essential

  • High level of IT skills, including MS Office and Excel
  • Experience creating and running HR reports
  • HR systems experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Desirable

  • Previous experience in customer service in a professional or commercial environment
  • Previous experience in Workday strongly preferred
