Senior Business Analyst -Data Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
• Develop and maintain data management processes, ensuring data integrity, quality, and accessibility.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes and business requirements.
• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to implement data solutions and ensure seamless data integration.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
• Provide training and support to business users on data management best practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business analysis and data management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in data management.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Certification in data management or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CDMP)
