• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python, data analysis, and strong analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of energy markets is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset, effective communication skills, curiosity, and resilience.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
