Description

Our Supply Chain Automation, Insights and Monitoring team is dedicated to solving complex global supply chain challenges using advanced technology and innovative solutions. As a Graduate Software Developer / Data Scientist, you will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand critical supply chain challenges. Design, develop, and deploy software solutions that use automation, optimization, and machine learning to improve supply chain processes and decision-making. Analyze and model data to uncover actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Build and enhance scalable systems for supply chain data integration, reporting, and visualization. Develop tools and algorithms for optimizing inventory management, demand forecasting, and production planning. Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve tools and models to meet evolving business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc (Hons), M.Sc, or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, completing in 2023 or later.
• A minimum of a 2.1 (Hons) degree is required.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience in developing machine learning models or optimization algorithms.
• Understanding of data processing pipelines, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-
• learn).
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale relational databases.
• Exposure to supply chain management concepts or operations research.
• Experience with DevOps tools, containerization (e.g., Docker), and version control
• systems (e.g., Git).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
