We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic intern ready to join our dynamic team and work at the Talent & Learning department of ING’s Global HR. As an intern in our team you will actively contribute to the preparation, execution and closing of the annual Talent Review cycle on a global scale. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects, gather valuable skills and experience in the field of data management in HR and thrive in an international, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

Support the global Talent CoE in the data preparation of the annual Talent Review cycle Support the Talent Analyst in a variety of data cleaning and data management tasks during the annual Talent Review cycle and Domain Talent Strategy Sessions Support the global Talent Analyst with the design and execution of scalable talent analytics to provide stakeholders and business leaders   Partner with the Talent Analyst and Head of Talent Management to ensure efficient project management and stakeholder management during the annual Talent Review cycle and Domain Talent Strategy Sessions …

Practical information:

  • Internship duration: at least 6 months; starting in January 2025
  • Location: Hybrid working; from home and Cedar building, Bijlmerdreef, Amsterdam
  • Working hours: 16-24 hours a week

The context of the internship

In this role, you will closely work with the Head of Talent Management and the Talent Analyst within ING's Talent & Leadership team. This team is positioned within the broader Talent & Learning team and works in close partnership to ensure responsible of talent visibility, talent attraction and defining what it means to be an ING leader. The mandate of the global Talent & Learning team is to ensure we can attract, develop, engage and retain the most talented individuals and help them grow and develop with us. Your role will be crucial in supporting the preparation and execution of the annual Talent Review and strategic people sessions.

Your profile

  • You have to be registered as a Bachelor or Master student at the University
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is not required)
  • You are organized, detail-oriented and possess advanced excel skills (PowerBI is a plus)
  • You are pro-active, enthusiastic, analytical and data driven, hard-working and have a “hands-on” mentality
  • You have a drive to work in an international environment
  • You adhere to the ING values and it is evident that your behaviour fully aligns with these values: The Orange Code
