BU Description

PwC's Supply Chain Business Unit focuses on helping clients optimise their supply chain operations, manage risk, and drive growth. The unit provides consulting services in the areas of procurment, logistics, manufacturing, and inventory management. PwC's supply chain consultants work with clients across industries, including consumer goods, retail, healthcare, technology, and industrial products. This Unit comprises a team of experienced consultants who bring deep industry expertise and a proven track record of delivering results for clients.

Job Summary

Within the Business Services team you will get the opportunity to analyze client’s business services and shared service operations, including completion of maturity assessments. Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:​​​​​​​

• Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions for SC&E clients.
• Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights using advanced mathematical, statistical, and programming techniques.
• Develop and deploy software tools, dashboards, and analytics models to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development of digital solutions using programming languages (e.g., Python, R) to streamline business processes.
• Contribute to client presentations, reports, and other deliverables by communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

• Build trusted and long lasting relationships with clients
• Develop yourself personally, taking a keen interest in trends in business services, shared services, and sector(s) of your choice so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the market
• Have knowledge of one or more business service / corporate service functions (e.g. Finance, Procurement, HR etc)
• Bring exceptional project management skills, from strategy through to execution
• Act as a mentor and train other members of the business unit and the project team in order to foster a high performance team environment
• Support with business development activities, including responses to proposal requests and client networking
• Keep up to date with current trends from the region and from across the world, especially on emerging digital trends and applications
• work on internal initiatives and proposition development, where required

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field. A Master’s degree in a relevant area is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Solid understanding of data analysis, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and databases.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
• A passion for learning and continuous development, with a keen interest in technology and analytics.
• Internship or prior experience in a consulting or technology-related role is preferable
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques or data science methodologies is preferable
