In this exciting opportunity, you will partner closely with the Iberia Business Transformation team, and you will report to the Senior Regional Business Transformation Manager.

As a Data Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with business leaders to harness data-driven strategies that enhance efficiencies and add significant value. Your work will focus on Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Application Programming Interfaces (API), where you will lead program and solution delivery processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience and impactful outcomes. You will demonstrate innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build strong business partnerships with our customers. You will adeptly manage customer expectations in alignment with company strategy. This hybrid role is based in Madrid, offering flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT Product Owners and Managers to develop business requirements for product and/or system changes
  • Manage program and solutions deployment with an agile mindset to assure achieving customer expectations and expected results
  • Oversee the projects and program deployment, from design to implementation, and adhere to company strategy and policies, using specialized knowledge (IT, change management) and skills
  • Drive the business agenda during the program and solution delivery process ensuring expected results and timelines
  • Analyze data and trends in order to develop recommendations to solve business problems
  • Leverage problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to collaborate cross-functionally, enhance customer service, and drive process improvements.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, software, technological concepts, and data interoperability, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Application Programming Interfaces (API)

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business in Engineering or Computer science related to the field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working on data interoperability in the healthcare sector and in project management
  • Strong quantitative competencies in data interoperability (FHIR, HL7, SSO, etc.) and strong competencies in project and/or program management, especially in the healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding and use of MS Office (Power Point, Word, Outlook, and Miro)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to identify and solve complex business problems, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, and with strong verbal and written communication skills
