HR Data Analyst (office based)

The Opportunity  

This position works out of our Warsaw location in the Corporate Human Resources Division.

As the HR Data Analyst, you’ll have the chance to work across all Global HR Service Streams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data in Workday system of record, act as a SME for regional work and Service Center.

Prior experience in Workday data analysis in essential for this role.

What You'll do:

  • Serve as an SME for Regional Service Center and other Data Integrity Associates when tied to regional work and processes.
  • Assist in tracking down information with regional BHRs, C&B contacts as those relationships are already developed.
  • Process mass HR data uploads adhering to data privacy and accuracy standards (reviewing the data provided, auditing the files for accuracy, identifying issues).
  • Resolve complex data issues within Workday including record re-builds (researching multiple systems to identify places where data is not accurately reflected, determining what course of action needs to be taken to minimize impacts to employees).
  • Support customer facing needs for BHRs, Managers, Finance and other GHRS workstreams (validation of data entered in Workday, contact with customer to explain the errors and help to correct it).
  • Own the analysis of data related issues within Workday and responsible for working cross functionally to create and implement a solution to rectify the data.
  • Identify gaps in processes, review the documented process, update documents to minimize gaps.
  • Work with Business Analysts to create new process documents for new process changes related to the maintenance of data within HR systems.
  • Provide documentation and training to other areas in GHRS as necessary.
  • Handle case escalation from others with ability to de-escalate and resolve issues with customers independent and without additional hand-off.
  • Empowered to solve requests and challenges via exceptional customer service that is consistent, knowledgeable, and trusted.
  • Provide feedback to Service Center team members for excellence, anticipates and makes recommendations for necessary interventions.

Required qualifications and background:

  • University degree, preferably in business analysis, data management, HR, statistics or similar.
  • Prior experience and good knowledge of Workday (Data Analysis module) is a must.
  • HR Experience or Customer Service Experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel customer service platforms (phone, email, chat, Web Widget, Help Center) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must. Excellent telephone, written and verbal communications skills necessary.
  • Experience working matrix global models with diverse teams and multiple cultures.
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Readiness to work in a hybrid module: 4 days from our office in Warsaw, 1 day from home.
