Mid- Senior Data Analyst (APAC Retail, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (09:00 AM-06:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Technical knowledge and expertise in the areas of Data Models, Database Design development, Data Mining, and Segmentation techniques
• Demonstrated proficiency with Reporting Packages (such as Business Objects), Databases (such as SQL), and Programming languages (such as Python and/or R)
• Knowledge of Statistics and experience using Statistical Packages (such as Excel and PowerBI) for analyzing datasets
• Strong Analytical skills, with the ability to Collect, Organize, Analyze, and Disseminate significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in query formulation, report writing, and effective presentation of findings
• Strong expertise in PowerBI and SQL scripting

What will you do?

• As a Data Analyst, your main role will involve conducting thorough data analysis and finding a way to translate them into clear and compelling visuals to managers and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of specific initiatives.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
