Data Analyst (Project Based)

About the Role:

As a Project-Based Data Analyst at MedVA, you will be embedded in dynamic projects aimed at improving our operations and client services. Your expertise will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data relevant to specific projects, providing stakeholders with actionable insights to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Data Management:

• Gather and manage data related to designated project scopes.
• Ensure quality control and data accuracy throughout all phases of the project.
• Develop project-specific databases and data systems.

Analysis & Insight Generation:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of project data to identify key trends and insights.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to define data needs and analysis requirements.
• Assist in creating analytical models tailored to project goals.

Reporting:

• Create reports and presentations detailing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards to visualize data insights effectively.

Collaboration & Presentation:

• Work alongside project managers and teams to ensure alignment on data goals.
• Present findings to stakeholders and project leads in an engaging and understandable way.

Continuous Improvement:

• Provide suggestions for data collection and analysis methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis for project work.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.

• Strong knowledge of industry-related acronyms and shorthand.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks.
• Experience with data management and reporting tools such as Zoho, Tableau, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with data analysis and creating insightful reports is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms and reporting (e.g., HubSpot).
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau.
• Understanding of database management best practices.
