Key Responsibilities


Advanced Data Analysis:

  • Perform in-depth data collection, analysis, and interpretation to address business challenges and enhance organizational decision-making. 
  • Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Leverage statistical models and predictive analytics to identify trends and opportunities. 

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives. 
  • Analyze organizational goals and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights. 
  • Support project teams by ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards. 

Compliance and Policy Monitoring:

  • Gather data and support compliance reviews to ensure adherence to policies. 
  • Document processes and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance efforts. 
  • Assist in audits and prepare reports to highlight key findings and recommendations. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with teams across the organization to contribute to interdisciplinary projects. 
  • Engage with leadership on high-priority tasks and provide data-backed solutions. 
  • Bridge the gap between data insights and actionable business strategies. 

Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, analytical tools, and methodologies. 
  • Participate in advanced training programs and leadership workshops. 
  • Demonstrate initiative by proposing innovative ideas and solutions. 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in data analytics, business intelligence, computer science, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. 
  • Strong analytical and statistical capabilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. 
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
