Job Description

The Enterprise Analytics team is looking for a qualified candidate to become a Data Analyst. This person will work with cross-functional teams to help strategic decision making by building sound data models, creating scalable analytics solutions, and developing insightful visualizations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing cleaned and transformed data ready for key business questions
• Creating foundational data models used by analysts, data scientists, and leadership
• Delivering analytical insights to project teams and senior leadership
• Working with business stakeholders to define business requirements for data and analytics initiatives
• Driving the delivery of data-related projects
• Developing data visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights
• Integrating data from multiple data sources or functional areas
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Interpreting data to identify trends and patterns
• Developing and delivering presentations
• Developing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality
• Driving change management around our data strategy
• Building a culture of data literacy

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience or data-related bachelor's degree
• Experience working with Data Visualization Software (Looker, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Experience working with SQL experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred

• Cloud solutions experience; Google, preferred
• DevOps and Git experience
• Cintas operations or sales support experience
