Position Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for consolidating diverse data sources, optimize reporting workflows, and establish an ecosystem that enables a 24/7 data-ready operation. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing our decision-making process by automating manual reporting and transforming data into actionable insights. Your mission will be to design, develop, and maintain interactive, real-time dashboards and reports that empower leadership and operational teams to make data-driven decisions with minimal effort.

A Day in the Life of a Data Analyst

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
• Automate, harmonize, and optimize manual reporting processes to create a seamless flow of interactive dashboards and visualizations
• Develop and maintain Power BI (or comparable) solutions, including dataflows, measures, and model
• Provide actionable insights by interpreting data trends, identifying operational opportunities, and recommending data-driven solutions
• Partner with the Ensuring Supply and Generating Demand leadership teams to analyze performance, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities across the end-to-end value chain
• Clearly communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through storytelling and impactful visualizations
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative techniques to enhance data analysis and visualization practices

What will make you successful

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• Solid experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
• Proven track record of creating interactive dashboards and optimizing data models
• Knowledge of FMCG and retail industries highly desirable
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) a plus
• Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling
• Ability to leverage diverse technology platforms for data refinement and automation
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
