As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives specifically around related content and visual search as well as newer spaces around generative content. You will be able to distill complexity into simple narratives and be skilled in making data driven decision- making and influencing senior leadership through insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Work with marketing to on go to market strategies and support product launches.
- Review scorecards and analyze flight data and user feedback, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization and shipping features.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years understanding of product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- 3+ years designing experiments (A/B testing) and analysing scorecards with the ability to use metrics and insights to inform product decisions.
- 3+ years strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years understanding of product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience in the technology industry, particularly in software development, social media or other consumer applications or search.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365.
- 5+ years of demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with growth hacking and advertising monetization highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
