What’s in store for you?

Your work will focus on database marketing and CRM analytics projects for leading global brands. On a daily basis, you’ll be involved in:

• Designing and implementing highly personalized campaigns using real-time technologies.
• Deploying CRM strategies from analyzing client requirements to initial implementation using tools like SAS, Salesforce, Bloomreach, Unica, or similar solutions.
• Providing consultancy on campaign effectiveness, measurement, and reporting for both internal and external clients.
• Developing and managing loyalty programs, including introducing innovations beyond traditional solutions.

What you should bring to the table?

• Experience in database-level campaign management is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM software (e.g., SAS, Salesforce, Bloomreach) is a plus.
• Familiarity with large Data Warehouses (DWH) and the ability to perform data analysis using SQL/Python.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, data planners, and account teams to define campaign requirements and communication objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving expertise and a creative mindset.
• Attention to detail and precision in execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A team-oriented approach with a willingness to support colleagues.
