VML Luxembourg is one of the leading Amazon consulting agencies in Europe. The opportunity:

A Product Data Specialist is required to join our Luxembourg Content Team on a full-time basis. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who will manage and oversee the creation of digital catalogues on Amazon, as well as the distribution of data across various platforms, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with the objectives of a great variety of international brands. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create product catalogues in various markets and several e-retailers with a strong focus on Amazon
  • Perform the upload of the product catalogues on Amazon (ASIN creation)
  • Follow-up the creation process, open tickets and follow-up with Amazon to ensure the correct item set-up
  • Audit, maintain and harmonize the digital catalogues
  • Upload digital content to various online platforms (PXM, PIM, DAM systems, internal tools, e-commerce platforms)
  • Ensure all content is uploaded and syndicated according to established guidelines, standards, and schedules, maintaining accuracy, consistency, efficiency and quality across platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and project managers, to receive product data, content assets and specifications for upload
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon and other e-retailer policies, guidelines, and best practices for product catalogue management and compliance

What we want from you:

  • University/college degree (preferably in marketing, data management, e-commerce or a related field)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of other Microsoft Office apps
  • Tech-Savvy with an ability to quickly learn and work with various platforms and software solutions
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work with a large amount of data, multitask, as well as prioritise and manage many ongoing projects
  • Problem-solver, proactive, resourceful with the ability to devise efficient strategies
  • Language: Written/verbal proficiency skills in English are required, other EU languages are an asset
  • Ability to work in a team
  • EU work permit

If you know some of this, even better:

  • Experience with PXM, PIM and DAM systems would be an asset
  • Experience with efficient client communication, maintaining strong client relationships
