Job Description

As Global HR Data Specialist, you play an important role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting our Global HR data. You contribute to Rituals’ success by making sure that our HR data is complete and accessible for our leadership, HR team, and other stakeholders to make the right decisions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights that support our strategic goals.

 

What are you going to do?

You will collect, clean, and analyze HR datasets from multiple sources, develop and maintain HR data models, reports, and dashboards, and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to provide actionable insights.

 

Collaborate with the HR team to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner and ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks. This is done on internal data but you can use any means available to deliver solutions. Think of combining Rituals data with external data sources, Machine learning models. When you can think of it, it can be one of the to be delivered solutions.

 

Additionally, you will support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, retention, and performance management through data analysis, manage our Global HR dashboards and reporting tool, workforce management initiatives, and data quality. Furthermore, streamline and optimize our data with operational HR processes. You will work with applications such as Workday, Workday Recruitment, Quinyx, Power BI, and Google Big Query.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in (HR) reporting and analytics, preferably in retail or another fast-growing international company.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, PowerBI Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (knowledge of Workday is a plus) and experience with SQL or Python, PowerBI, Google Big Query and Excel.
  • Proactive, curious, and flexible in your approach.
  • Ability to challenge existing ways of working and introduce better alternatives.
