Job Summary

• Governance Officers provide administrative and operational support to a Governance Manager. 
• Governance Officers help companies prevent fraud and avoid potential liabilities.

Responsibilities & Duties 
•    Developing project strategies 
•    Optimizing project execution 
•    Ensuring visibility of project financial performance 
•    Providing expert advice on program tracking, reporting, and quality control 
•    Developing, interpreting, and applying policy and procedures 
•    Creating and supporting effective relationships 
•    Finding solutions and building consensus on difficult issues

 Qualifications & Skills
•    Proficiency in AI governance tools such as IBM OpenPages, SAS Governance and Compliance Manager, or similar platforms.
•    Familiarity with data management and governance tools such as Collibra or Informatica.
