Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Data Analyst with strong skills in data transformation, correlation, and visualization, focused on revealing patterns and trends across multiple data sources. This role is independent and requires deep technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting, and optimization to support our business insights team.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Consolidate and correlate data across systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Productboard, Salesforce) in Google Cloud Platform, primarily in BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Cloud Data Prep.

●     Perform data transformation and trend analysis, focusing on efficient visualization and pattern recognition.

●     Optimize data models and visualizations to ensure efficient, responsive dashboards.

●     Collaborate as needed with a business specialist, with proactive communication when needed.

Requirements:

●     Proficiency in BigQuery, Looker Studio, Cloud Data Prep, Fivetran, and dbt.

●     Prior experience with engineering and product data preferred but not required.

●     Prior contracting experience, with demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex problem spaces.

●     Independent, with a readiness to overlap with the USA Pacific time zone as needed.
