Arabic Language Specialist for AI Development Team

• Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to integrate linguistic insights into our LLM, enhancing its understanding and generation of Arabic.
• Conduct thorough analyses of the Arabic language, identifying dialectal variations, socio-linguistic patterns, and other linguistic nuances.
• Develop guidelines and strategies for the team to effectively tackle linguistic challenges, ensuring the model's versatility across all Arabic dialects.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of language datasets, focusing on diversity and representativeness to train the model effectively.
• Provide expert evaluation of the model's language capabilities, offering feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Keep abreast of developments in linguistics and LLMs, applying cutting-edge research to our model's ongoing development.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team, organizing workshops and training sessions on Arabic linguistics when necessary.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Linguistics, with a focus on the Arabic language. A PhD is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of the Arabic language, including its grammar, syntax, semantics, and phonetics across various dialects.
• Experience in computational linguistics, language modeling, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply linguistic theories to practical AI challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
