What you will be doing:

• Support the collection and cleansing of data.
• Analyse data related to procurement activities and operational expenditures across all Business Units / Sites
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets to support decision-making processes.
• Translate sites and business needs into data requirements to deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize procurement processes and strategies and reduce costs:
  • Identify synergies between the sites, and propose consolidation of the spend / resourcing actions / new market shares allocation to Project Managers
  • Identify best practices per category and site and report to Project Managers for further deployment
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and procurement.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Who are we looking for:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis of data from multiple sources (SAP, Ariba, Excel, Power BI, sourcing pipe lines)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, synthesis and presentation skills, explain complex concepts with ease
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
